Bio

High School: Lyric McIver attended Liberty County High School, where she played basketball under Head Coach Kimberly Battle. She earned a spot on the First Team All-Region during her junior and senior seasons, received the Panther's Coaches Award in her sophomore and junior years, and was recognized as the Offensive Player of the Year in her senior season.

Personal: Lyric is from Atlanta, Georgia. She is the daughter of Marion McIver Sr. and Valerie McIver and has one older brother, Marion, along with six stepsisters. At BRCC, she is majoring in General Science and aspires to become a Diagnostic Radiologist. Her favorite athlete is Serena Williams, and she supports the Golden State Warriors as her favorite professional team. Lyric enjoys ribeye steak as her favorite food and loves Albanese gummy worms as a snack. She hopes to visit Brazil one day and admires her mother for her hard work and resourcefulness.
