Bio

2018-2019: Des played in 27 games for the Lady Bears as a forward. She started in 26 games. She finished her freshman season with 331 points, 126 rebounds, 20 assist, 43 steals and 8 blocks. Desrael was named to the LCCAC conference first team.

High School: Des attended Loranger High where she played basketball for Head Coach Sean Shields. Her wolves’ team won the 3A State Title and was 2018 District Champs. Des was named to the all-district team and second team all-star team both her junior and senior year. She played volleyball. She graduated Magnum Cum Laude.

Personal: Hometown is Reserve, Louisiana. She is the daughter of Allen Schnyder. Des has 3 siblings, 2 sisters and one brother. BRCC Major is nursing. Her sister Desiree Dotey played at Southwest Community College and finished at the University of West Florida. Favorite food is pasta.
