Baton Rouge Community College (14-14) will face Itawamba Community College (21-6) in the semifinals of the Region 23 Women's Basketball Tournament on Friday afternoon at 2:00 pm. The game is being played at Mississippi College in Clinton, MS.
The winner of Friday's semifinal will play for a spot in the NJCAA National Championship on Saturday evening against the winner of the other semifinal contest, Copiah-Lincoln or Holmes. The championship game is scheduled for 6:00 pm on Saturday evening.
