Lady Bears Basketball lands five on ALL LCCAC Team

The coaches of the LCCAC Conference, representing Delgado, BRCC, LSUE, and SUSLA, have collaborated to select the recipients of the 2026 Louisiana Community College Athletic Conference Awards. The Lady Bears had five players recognized for their outstanding performances.
Sophomore guard/forward Shelcie LeBlanc from Carencro, Louisiana, was named to the 2026 LCCAC First Team All-Conference. In conference play, she started in 8 of 9 games, scoring 116 points, 23 rebounds, 22 assists, and 3 blocks.
Freshman forward Jacey Coleman from Gonzales, Louisiana, was named to both the 2026 LCCAC First Team All-Conference and the All-Defensive Team. In conference play, she started in 2 of 9 games, scoring 132 points, 88 rebounds, 5 assists, 10 steals, and 21 blocks.
Freshman guard/forward Emani Young from Oakdale, Louisiana, earned a spot on the 2026 Second Team All-Conference and the All-Defensive Team. She started in 6 of 9 conference games, scoring 100 points, 43 rebounds, 26 assists, 16 steals, and 1 block.
Freshman guard Cambrieion Link from White Castle, Louisiana, was named to the 2026 Second Team All-Conference. In conference play, she started in 7 of 9 games, scoring 70 points, 28 rebounds, 47 assists, 12 steals, and blocking 2 shots.
Sophomore forward Trinity Thomas from Denham Springs, Louisiana, was named to the 2026 All-Defensive Team. She started all 9 conference games, scoring 57 points, 36 rebounds, 4 assists, 10 steals, and 4 blocks.
