Lady Bears Announce 2025-26 Preseason Schedule

Head Coach Paula Lee has announced the Lady Bears' 2025-26 preseason schedule. The team will play two road games during the preseason. They will kick things off with a scrimmage against the Southern University New Orleans Knights on Saturday, October 18, at 8:30 AM in the Castle on the SUNO campus. The preseason will conclude with a round-robin scrimmage at Southwest Mississippi Community College on October 22, 2025. The Lady Bears will face Pearl River Community College at 11:30 AM, followed by a matchup against Southwest Mississippi Community College at 1:30 PM.

Coach Lee is entering her sixteenth season as head coach of the Lady Bears and is aiming to build on last season's second-place finish in the LCCAC, along with an overall record of 15-7. This year's Lady Bears roster includes three returners, four transfers, and eight freshmen. The returning players are Shelice LeBlanc, Chanci Moland, and Janiyah Madyun.
